Alarm Policy.
This type of maintenance allows for the inspection and diagnostic testing of the
system on a regular basis to prevent any unnecessary false alarms and to ensure
that in the event of a genuine alarm activation, you receive the correct
response.

Corrective Maintenance
Should you require corrective maintenance repairs or an upgrade of your alarm
installation in the future, then we at South East Security will be at hand to
provide ongoing support. Corrective maintenance is carried out within the
required timescales and in accordance with documented quality assured
procedures.
Alarm Response
Officers are fully trained in the operation and fault finding techniques of
intruder alarm systems and are authorised with the Alarm Receiving Centre to
carry out resets without the assistance of an engineer, provided the system is
maintained and monitored by South East Security. Average response time to
clients in Beds, Bucks and Herts is 20 minutes, sometimes less if the Duty
Officer is travelling by the response motorcycle service.
