In 2006 and 2007, Jan Purcell, a founding and working Partner in the company, was chosen from hundreds of entries as one of 6 finalists for the Hertfordshire Business Person of the Year Award. Kailah Eglington, General Manager, was chose as one of 4 finalists for the Hertfordshire Employee of the Year in 2007.
